Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel very early in the morning after your breakfast. Head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, have lunch and head out for chimpanzee trekking in the Kalinzu sector of Queen.
Later head to your place of accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Cruise
-You will have a morning game drive to spot lions, elephants, and other wildlife. You can also opt for experiential lion and leopard tracking where you will come very close to these animals.
Later in the afternoon, you will have a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. Here you see lots of hippos and birds aplenty.
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Early this morning, you will have a game drive in the famous Ishasha sector for tree climbing lions and later you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
On arrival you will check into your hotel and relaxation as you await dinner an also prepare for the next day’s activity.
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking
– Early breakfast and briefing by park rangers.
– Embark on a gorilla trek in Bwindi Forest, an awe-inspiring experience.
– Spend one hour observing and photographing a habituated gorilla family.
– Return to the lodge, evening at leisure.
Day 5: Departure and transfer to Kampala for your flight in Entebbe back home
